My MIFF selection thus far. Plus Sen’s Mystery Road. Wondering about going to Nicolas Rey’s new experimental work titled differently, Molussia considering it’s interactive database approach. Apparently there is 362,880 different versions of the film due to the nine floating chapters that are selected at random before each screening. I would be keen for such an experience if the content attracted me. But it seems pretty abstract and not the most engaging cinematic experience. Especially not allow you to “next” along through the narrative sequence.

I usually try to steer away from films that will get a cinematic release, so perhaps I should go to it.
